  • We’re located in the heart of downtown Montreal, near Place des Arts. There’s plenty of metered street parking around, as well as a few paid lots nearby. Giving yourself extra time to find a spot is always a good idea. Public transit is also a great option if you prefer to skip the car.

  • If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If someone cancels their spot, you’ll be notified and added to the class. You’ll also receive a reminder before the class starts. So make sure to check your notifications to stay updated!

  • It depends— if you had a regular Pilates routine before being pregnant, then Yes you can continue until the end of your first trimester at our studio-with your doctor’s approval. Please let your instructor know ahead of time so we can offer modifications that support you safely.

It is not recommended that you start training on the Reformer at the beginning of your pregnancy if you’ve never done it before.

For postpartum, we recommend you take it gradually. Specialized postpartum training is a safer way to get back to exercising until you’re strong enough to join a group class.

Send us an email and we’ll do our best to guide you.

  • If you are in acute pain, we do not recommend you join a group class.

If your injury is “functional” and you know how to work with it, you may join at your own risk.

Group classes are a general fitness session for all. If your injury is serious and requires specific attention we recommend you seek professional treatment first.

Pilates is good for rehab, but in a private setting.

  • The leopard is our symbol of movement, agility, and quiet strength.

It embodies the balance we strive for in every class: power and grace, stretch and control. Like the leopard, our practice has flow, focus, and is always ready to leap forward.
