CORE INTRO

First-time on a Reformer? Start here.

Our intro sessions are designed for anyone new to Pilates on the Reformer. You’ll get familiar with the equipment, explore foundational movements, and build confidence in a supportive setting. It’s a full-body workout that keeps you moving while you learn.

Required at least once before joining other group classes, recommended up to 3 times — Take the time you need to get to know the Reformer.

CORE FOUNDATIONS

Beginner • All levels

Whether you're continuing from our CORE Intro or returning to Pilates, this class focuses on the essentials—alignment, breathing, core activation and control.

Expect a full-body workout that builds strength and body awareness, at a steady and accessible pace, with options to gradually increase complexity.

A great place to start—or to come back to whenever you want to reinforce the basics.

CORE PROGRESSIONS

Intermediate Level

This intermediate-level class builds on CORE FOUNDATIONS, introducing more dynamic movement, added resistance, and refined choreography. You’ll develop greater control, coordination, and precision — all with a balanced mix of challenge and flow.

Best after several CORE FOUNDATIONS classes or prior Reformer experience.

EN-CORE Signature

Power, precision, and flow — our signature style.

This advanced-level class is designed to push your practice further. Expect seamless sequences, minimal transitions, and complex choreography that demand strength, focus, and control. It’s where endurance meets elegance, and your technique is taken to the next level.

For experienced clients who are confident on the Reformer.

CORE JUMP

High Intensity

This energizing Reformer class uses the jumpboard to elevate your heart rate through explosive, ballet-inspired movements. You’ll work on powerful jumps, graceful landings, and full-body control — challenging your core, lower body and coordination, with sculpting results to match.

Best after a series of CORE FOUNDATIONS or prior Reformer experience.
Not recommended if you have knee or ankle pain.

REFORMER + MAT

All levels

In this unique hybrid class, you’ll move through both Mat and Reformer repertoires in one seamless flow, deepening your understanding of Pilates principles and how they carry across different setups. Using our Allegro 2 Reformers equipped with drop-in Mat Conversion Kits, we transform the machine into a Mat to give you the best of both worlds.

It’s a fun, intelligent way to move — and a fresh way to experience Pilates.

LOVE YOUR CORE

All levels ++

In Pilates, we always work the core — but this class turns up the intensity. You’ll dive into targeted sequences that fire up your abs, activate your pelvic floor, and engage the glutes, lats, and deep back stabilizers. We’ll wrap it up with some stretching, so you walk out feeling toned, elongated, and lighter.

Open to all levels, but expect it to get spicy.

CORE RESTORE

All levels

This restorative Reformer class focuses on mindful movement and specific breathing patterns to help you release stress and reconnect with your body. You'll move through slow but sustained sequences designed to increase mobility, reduce tension, and leave you feeling grounded.
