Marino
Founder & Lead Instructor
Marino is the beating heart behind EN-CORE Pilates. His journey with Pilates began in 2006 and has since evolved into an 18-year career of teaching, mentoring, and sharing the method across the globe—from Montreal to Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, and Costa Rica.
What started as a personal passion for movement and holistic health has become a lifelong dedication to the Pilates system. Marino brings deep expertise and a grounded presence to every class, combining classical technique with modern energy and flow. His teaching is precise yet playful, rooted in knowledge of anatomy and alignment, but always guided by flow.
At EN-CORE, Marino’s mission is simple: to help you build a strong, lasting connection to Pilates as a lifestyle—and to the Reformer as your tool for transformation. With thoughtful cueing, personalized attention, and a genuine love for the work, he creates a welcoming space where every client is empowered to move with strength, control, and ease.
Gabi
Instructor
Gabi fell in love with Pilates in 2008—and never looked back. What began as a personal passion quickly became a full-time path. She trained with Body Harmonics, continued her education with Polestar, and has been teaching ever since, changing lives one class at a time.
Known as Motivation Pilates, Gabi brings radiant energy to every session. Her classes are fun, fiery, and full of encouragement—but don’t be fooled by her bright smile. Gabi knows how to challenge you. With her, you’ll sweat, shake, and smile your way through a dynamic Reformer workout that leaves you feeling stronger, lighter, and more alive.
Audrey
Instructor
With over 18 years of classical ballet training, Audrey brings a refined understanding of movement, posture, and body control to every Pilates session. Certified in Stott Pilates Reformer, she draws on more than five years of personal Pilates practice, developed through years of dedicated training.
Her teaching style is dynamic yet precise, with a strong focus on alignment, posture, and body awareness. Each session is thoughtfully designed to challenge and adapt to all levels. Her goal: to help you build strength, stability, and elegance through movement.
Katie
Instructor
Katie is a passionate mover whose journey has led her to explore and teach a wide range of modalities — from barre and yoga to Essentrics, spinning, and Reformer Pilates. With over 14 years of experience in the wellness space, she brings both depth and curiosity to her teaching.
Her classes blend movement and mindset to nourish both body and mind. For Katie, physical wellness goes hand in hand with mental clarity. She brings this holistic approach to every session, helping clients reconnect with their bodies while cultivating balance, confidence, and presence.
Outside the studio, Katie shares her love of mindful movement as an Alo Ambassador — teaching community classes and leading running clubs.
