STEP 4: Check for Your Confirmation

Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email or app notification.

STEP 5: Get Prepped

Bring a water bottle and grip socks (required for class).

Need socks? We’ve got some available for purchase at the studio.

STEP 6: Arrive Early

Arrive 5-10 minutes before class so you have time to settle in.

STEP 7: Repeat! Consistency is key to seeing results.

The more you move, the better you’ll feel—physically and mentally. We can’t wait to see you back in the studio again and again.
