Membership Agreement – CORE 8 & CORE 12

1. Membership Terms

- The Member is entitled to 8 or 12 Pilates classes per month, to be used within the monthly period.

- Classes expire at the end of each month and do not carry over.

- The monthly membership fee is 192$ (CORE 8) or 276$ (CORE 12) .

- The Member agrees to a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

2. Payment Terms

- The Member authorizes the Studio to charge their credit card 192$ (CORE 8) or 276$ (CORE 12) per month.

- Membership fees will be automatically charged on the same date each month.

3. Auto-Renewal

- Following the initial 3-month commitment, this Agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

- To cancel, the Member must provide written notice via email to info@en-corepilates.com prior to the renewal date.

4. Cancellation Policy

- The Member may cancel this Agreement after the initial 3-month commitment by providing written notice via email to info@en-corepilates.com.

- Cancellations will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. No Pauses or Holds

- Memberships cannot be paused, suspended, or placed on hold.

- Monthly membership fees will be charged regardless of attendance or participation.

6. No Refunds

- All membership fees are non-refundable.

- The Studio does not provide refunds or credits for unused classes or membership periods.

7. Non-Transferable

- This membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the Member.

8. Price Adjustments

- The Studio reserves the right to adjust membership fees in the future.

- Members will be provided with at least 60 days’ written notice by email before any change takes effect.

- If the Member does not agree to the new fee, they may cancel their membership by providing written notice before the effective date.

9. Class Attendance Policy

- Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

- Late cancellations (within 12 hours of class) and no-shows will result in the forfeit of the class credit.

- No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for forfeited classes.
